What is the delivery time for the products?
The normal delivery time is 24-48 working hours. Unless there is a delay by the transport agency, our products are in stock. In the case of prescription lenses, the time is extended depending on the manufacturing of the lenses.

For contact lenses, the delivery time usually varies from 24-72 business hours, always depending on the shipping agency and availability of the product (there are contact lenses that we have to order from the laboratory because they are special prescriptions).

What is my return period?
You have up to 30 days to return the product, but it must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging (case, cover, cloth).

Are our glasses original?
Absolutely yes. We are an optical pharmacy located in Mérida. You can come and visit us and buy from our optician. We work with the main distributors of glasses in Spain and Europe.
